Business Innovation & Leadership
Many associate innovation with breakthrough technologies or major industry disruptions, but innovation starts with leadership and mindset. In a rapidly changing world, leaders must guide their teams to think beyond traditional boundaries and embrace new ways of solving challenges. Yet, breaking free from conventional thinking is easier said than done.
Why do so many teams default to skepticism or 'idea killers' when discussing new solutions? How can leaders foster a culture of curiosity and experimentation, reduce resistance to change, and inspire their teams to engage with new ideas? Innovation is not just about processes or tools—it’s about unlocking the potential of people.
In this session, Rody provides actionable insights and practical tips for leveraging design thinking and innovative leadership to drive engagement, productivity, and impactful outcomes.
