Leading Transformation

  • The only constant is change. Maybe this is more true today then ever before. At the same time we still see that 70% of change initiatives in organizations don’t deliver the desired impact and managing transformations is becoming more and more complex every day. So how do we equip ourselves to be ready? What role can we take? And how to be successful in managing change? These are the questions that Roeland will answer. By sharing a real life case he takes you through the four biggest pitfalls in transformation and shares practical tips and tricks to manage them. A must for everyone that wants to play an active part in managing or leading transformation!
