Christina Mergenthaler is an expert in infectious disease epidemiology at KIT Royal Tropical Institute. Her work focuses on the development of methods and statistical approaches to predict geographic distributions of disease. Christina analyses subnational TB spatial trends, hotspots and anomalies to better inform strategic decision making, planning and prioritisation of TB programs.
