Marjolijn van Oordt is an international expert on crisis readiness. Throughout her career she has guided organizations through more than 200 crisis situations by de-escalating, solid decision making and strategic insight. She has the ability to discern patterns where others see clutter. She is a highly skilled negotiator and has the ability to keep seeing the people behind the crisis.
